Field problem with final video. Help please.

Thanks for reading. I working with Premiere 2, AE cs4 and Encore 2.0. I'm rendering out of AE with No Fields Progressive (it what look best on my Sony Tritron which I'm using for a monitor), same story when I export out of Premiere as mpeg2. All is well until I get to Encore and the final video is not the crystal clear piece I been working on. I also tried quicktime files and same thing happened. Any ideas because Im baffle. Thanks again.
