flash player crashing

Running gx280 Dell Optiplex , Flash keeps shutting down firefox whenever a game  is loading , have only had this problem since updated to firefox 3.6.6.

would like to revert back to the older version althou cannot find the download also i have tried to  do system restore but to no avail  ... any suggestions would be appreciated Bluey09
