  • How does one get an avatar approved so it displays with his username? I uploaded a simple illustration of a letter (nothing explicit or offensive) and it's been "pending" for a few weeks.

  • What does the Community Professional stamp by some's name mean? Who assigns it? Why does it matter?

    Great, guys. Thank you!

This is possibly the most functional and useful forum I have ever come face to face with. Keep up the great work!

Hello, there is currently no pending avatar in my moderation queue... Could you try to resubmit one?

Here is the ACP faq: http://www.adobe.com/communities/professionals/faq.html to know about the program. Several of them have moderation power in here, but there are some moderators without the ACP title.

Avatars are in a separate queue from Profile Pictures that you see. But there are no pending avatars right now, either.

    Mathias,

John will be here shortly to tell you more preciisely how slowly the avatar approving mill grinds. The question is not answered in the video tutorial here, as you may have found out:

John, or Jochem or some other Community Professional will be here shortly to tell, hopefully more detailed than this:

There are no pending avatars listed for me. Go back to your profile and if it says Pending please take a screen shot and post it here so we can take a look at it.
