Question

Forum Users not finding how to mark correct answer

Hello,

I regularly  share techincal guidance in the Adobe Acrobat support forums on a daily basis.

There has been occasions in which my answers have solved an issue for an Adobe customer; quite a few users have brought to my attention that they are not able to mark the answer as correct.

So they have to give a like or change the subject line by appending the word SOLVED.

That document is outdated. This forum is Khaos/Lithium, not JIVE.

Presently, only Moderators and Staff can mark Correct Answers.  Please tell us which post needs a correct answer and we will mark it for you.   There is no word yet on when this will be fixed.

yes, it's the new 'improved' forums.  they're supposed to be improved every few weeks so hopefully that problem will disappear some point in the future.
