Frame blend issues within After Effects CS6?

Frame blend seems to do great in converting frames. The only issue im having is, the issue if "wraping effect" or "Wiggle" in cuts and fades within the clip. Is there any fix on this, cause frame blending is great and does not slow down redering speed.

I hope there is a fix.
