Function writing PDF in UTF8 for ArialUnicodeMS Font

Hello All,

We have a requirement where we need to output the PDF with UTF8 content. I selected the MS Arial Unicode font for the same. But i don't see any encoding specific to UTF8 where the text would be displayed in UTF8. I understand that the font has to be Unicode compliant and thats teh reason i selcted this font.

Our application already writes the PDF in Helvetica font for English and HeiseiKakugo font in Japanese but i wanted to use something generic for UTF8.

Could you please let me know as to how do i enhance the basic PDF to incorporate this font with UTF8.
