get out of full screen view

When I open a project I get a full screen video and cant get out of it.  Any ideas?  Thanks,

    I'm going to make a WAG and assume you're asking about a Premiere project file. If so, you'll want to ask this in the appropriate Premiere forum from the list at http://forums.adobe.com/community/premiere
