Getting Credit in the eLearning Community

OK - now that i know the eLearning Community exists (slow learner) and have joined there as well as here, I have a couple questions regarding points - since points add up to license time, and would be a good thing.

1. How come my point total in the forums is nearly double my point total in the eLearning Community?

2. How do I prove I have attended two of the last three eLearning Summits in Las Vegas and multiple online webinars to receive credit for those as well?

3. Why isn't there a simple way to contact the site admins to ask these questions o in the Community site?
