Question

going back to page X of forum

When I look at a thread from the second (or higher) list page of any New Adobe Forum, I can't get back to that forum list. Going "back" (back button or keyboard) always takes me back to the beginning -- page 1.

(osX 10.5.5, safari v3.1.2)

I'm trying to train myself to open topics in a new tab, but I still regularly trip myself up when that happens. That is the best way around it for now tho.

Yes, this has been the most hated and discussed flaw of this new forums ever since the preview went online a month ago or so.

Another sorely missed feature is the breadcrumbs at the bottom of each page.

Another one:  the ability to go straight to the last post you read in a given thread without wading through pages and pages…

Looks like this Jive folks are learning on the job.  They're not real pros…

Ah. Thanks for the reply (searching for "back" or "back button" in the search box above mostly gave me results for making Back buttons in Flash -- I thought it would have just searched this forum).

I'm so used to vBulletin style forums and functionality. Plus I guess I was sorta used to Adobe's 1995 look for the past 10 years.
