having trouble signing in

I can't be verified to sign in because the phone number to receive the code is not current and I can't change it without getting into my account! 

Frustrating.....anyone have an idea for me?

John T. Smith - That is NOT an answer to Donna. You've gsisven her, and me, a link that is a circuitous loop. "Contact us" within Customer Care, takes me to a page that has a link to Help Center. THAT has a link to... Concact us. AGAAAAAH!!!

Are you a paying Creative Cloud plan member? 

 

Do you have an individual plan or is this a Teams  or Enterprise account?  If the latter, you must contact your IT department for help.

 

If the former, try using a different device or browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.
