Help! I need the Comments List to open in Initial View

I have searched in document properties, but I cannot get my Comment List to Open in Initial View.  It is not an option in Navigation Tab for Initial View properties.

Oh...I have Adobe 8 Professional.

I have been able to set it in Document Preferences to "Restore Last View" but that only works for my personal settings, not to people I send the document to.

I would like the Comments List to automatically be open, when someone opens the PDF document.  Can anyone help me out.
