Hola. Abro un archivo en adobe, contiene imágenes y texto. Cómo selecciono todo para pegarlo, por ejemplo, en Word? Gracias.

Save As, mentioned in another post, will not work to convert your PDF into Word. 

If the PDF is locked for copying, then it cannot be done at all.

• If you are using Acrobat, use File > Export
• If you are using Acrobat Reader, use the Select tool to drag across text or click on an image, then choose Copy

Note that Adobe is a company with many applications. It is not the name of an application. We are thinking that you mean Acrobat or the free Acrobat Reader. If you mean a different app such as Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, et cetera, please let us know.
