How can I get the bug report form to actually load? It fails in every browser.

When I attempt to create a new bug report, I get the page asking for a title. Then I’m shown a few unrelated existing posts Adobe thinks might be relevant. When I proceed from there, however, I just land on a blank page with only the Adobe Community website header & footer. This happens in Firefox, Edge, and DuckDuckGo browsers, with all ad/tracker/script-blockers disabled. On Firefox, a “powered by Gainsight” logo briefly flashes before disappearing on the blank page. I searched the web for solutions but found nothing. I’m only asking here because for some reason this “ask a question” form seems to work.

Hi All! The workflow had an unhandled exception. A fix for this is now live, please feel free to post a bug again, let us know how it goes.

It’s working for me now; I just submitted a bug report. Thanks!

It’s on this website — https://www.adobe.com/community

in addition to the platforms/browsers I mentioned above I see the same on iPad + Safari on Wi-Fi and iPhone + Safari on cellular data.

Hi @NARDO29

Thanks for reaching out, and apologies for the experience. I've reported this to the team. Could you please share a few more details about the issue you're experiencing? Is this happening with Photoshop or another Adobe application? We will help you investigate further.

“Gainsight” is the company that develops and manages the forums. In any case, many people do experience various problems on different stages of using the forums, unfortunately. Where do you start the bug report submission? Is it a forum of a particular app? Can you post some screenshots that illustrate the issue.

Yes, I can confirm the ‘Report a bug’ routine is totally broken. Use  the ‘Ask a question’ option for the time being. This seems to work.

Is anybody else seeing this? I’m trying to report a bug but I cannot post it. In fact if I change the end of the URL when posting this from &type=question to &type=bug I get the same result.

Windows: Brave, Firefox, Chrome

Mac: Safari
