How do I change my Jive username?

Incidentally, the real name is not visible to us.  It is only visible to you because you are logged in.  You can check this by logging off and then going to your posts to see if you can still see your real name.  I can guarantee you that it is not visible to anybody else on these forums or on the web generally.

You need to login at the main Adobe site at this link:

https://www.adobe.com

Then look for:

that arrow will give you the link to edit your "My Information"  Scroll down the page to see your "My Personal Profile"

You will find a place to edit your screen name.
