How do I make a complaint to Adobe?

Had a search around the forum, and only results I could find were to email adobecare@adobe.com - however this email address bounces back as invalid.

How do I make a complaint?

Just had a really horrible experience with UK sales and what I guess is the India-based customer support - I have a bad feeling they know they can get away with treating customers horribly because there appears to be no way of complaining about them!

    Also, just for the record (and assuming the email is still in use - it's been around for years) the address is:

    adbecare not adobecare, there is no o. That is a common mistake.

    What do you want to complain about? Can you explain please so that

    somebody can direct you at a particular forum or to a Adobe Customer

    Service.
