How to get rid of adobe label special characters in Adobe Digital ID signature file

I created an adobe digital ID signature successfully.  I turned off the option to show labels, but I still get some labels generated by Adobe in the signature file.  How do I remove the cn=, o=, ou=, c= charaters out of the signate file?  I do not want these characters to show in my signature file.  See sample attached                         .
