How to make a complaint to Adobe about the chat service?

I have been on the chat now for 45 minutes and 4 different agents who have either transfered me without reason or ended the conversation without any support what so ever. 

 

How do i complain about this and get some support with my issue?

    If you've been talking to Adobe, there's a record of your case in your support history panel.  Log-in to your account below and update your Support Case # with relevant information.

    There is no way to complain except to speak with a supervisor via online chat.  Depending on how busy they are, it might be best to wait until a work day (Monday thru Friday).

    Try X (twitter) or tell us your issues, but if you decide to use Chat again, do this:

     

    • Get a case number at the start of the chat
    • Ask for Tier 2 support. Insist on it because of your previous experience.

    adobe support can help with some things. some it can't.  as previously asked, briefly what's the problem?
