How to stop getting email notifications

I posted a discussion in the InDesign forum, and am now getting an email notification for EVERY SINGLE post in this forum (along with the fact that my question was never answered). How do I stop this? Using my Profile only lets me stop notifications on the threads I started, which I don't want to do. But I don't need every single post in the entire forum coming into my email. Please help! Thanks.

This Soo Much Simple ! Open your thread Were you posted it. and see the right side at the middel you see the option Stop Reciveing the Email Notification .. Just click on this. and here you go
