However, some users have found that they have more than one Adobe account, and are often not even aware of that situation. Should there still be e-mail notifications, check the TO header carefully, to get an idea of whether you might have more than one Adobe account.

If so, on about July 8th, the Adobe staff will be returning, and Adobe-Admin can most likely fix things with multiple Adobe accounts.

Most likely, however, is that all will be fixed, with the instructions in that FAQ Entry.
