I had a restriction on my Behance profile and I cannot offer Appreciation. How long will it be in place?

I had a restriction on my Behance profile and I cannot offer Appreciations, I sent two tickets to Behance support and I didn't receive an asnwer as to how long will the restriction be in place and what can I do to have the restriction lifeted.

Any help would be appreciated.
