I have compare 2 pdfs questions if results can be filter, or can exclude certain ones from the resul

I make 2 pdfs from the same word document.

The document has links/tables that update.

When I make 2 pdfs from same documents the same way i get results that indicate the tables have changed in the results and headers that are linked have changed. Yet they have not changed.  Is there a way to exclude theses.
