I'm getting 10,000 crap e-mails from Adobe a day!

Hi all,

I ran out of idea's. I'm getting 8,000 to 10,000 emails aday from adobe. I've tryed to connect them and they are looking into it. It's been six days now and they keep closing the case number. I've contacted my webmail supplier and they are just as bad. It's it my business address and this is down to buying CS5 Update!!!! Please sort it out Adobe!!!

Have you followed the steps in the FAQ? How do I stop receiving email notifications from the Adobe Forums?

If you have, could you provide a screenshot of the Email Notifications page of your profile? It should look something like the image below, only the list of your subscriptions should be empty.
