I need some help please

I need some HELP!  I am running a large tech classroom with imacs and CS5
snow leopard..now 1 by 1 computers are refusing to open premiere pro
projects and refusing to open at all...I get " A serious error has
occurred and premiere needs to shut down.. I have tried =re-installing
...premiere from scratch and still wont op...en..The
only fix I could come up with is reformatting the whole computer from
scratch loosing everything we were working on...and Ideas out there

    Unfortunately you seem to have taken a wrong turn somewhere and ended up in the back alley where we discuss issues related to the operation of the forums themselves.
