I need to change my settings

Hi

 

When I receive a pdf document when I click on download it saves to my downloads folder. It used to open the pdf and I could then click on file and save as and pop it in the right file flder. I think I chose save file when I last downloaded a pdf hence the change but how do I change the settings back please?

    Hi Mel,

     

    Depending on your OS and browser, there are Preferences (Mac) and Settings(?) on Windows for each browser where you can choose an automatic download location (default is downloads for Safari on Mac, for instance), or you can tell the browser to ask you for download location, or you can designate a specific location for downloads.
