do you want to appoligize to adobe or any one person?   (an argument is not sought nor desired, just an answer, esp because you appear to be someone i've dealt with previously about a sleep lock issue.)

can you click on the names of the adobe employee and the community expert that posted in that thread?

 

if so, can you send a private message to each trying to make amends?  they then may reverse a descision made by (i think, but do not know) one of them to lock and perhaps ban your ozkan id.
