Am I the only one having trouble viewing posted images.

Some are small and unreadable.

Some of them get even smaller after using the magnifier.

"Only option is to zoom in using the browser's control. "

But sometimes the resolution is too poor to read when zoomed.

I agree.  Only option is to zoom in using the browser's control.

You're not alone. As Nancy points out using the Large option helps but not enough and who really looks at those options. But even if it is use the Plus ( + ) sign doesn't rally magnify.

Copy & paste:  Double click the image and drag handles to fit available layout.

Insert image from Rich Text editor:  Select LARGE size from the options list.   See screenshot.

    Some are small and unreadable.

I suspect that this happens when pasting an image.

Some of them get even smaller after using the magnifier.

And other times they display the correct size, there doesn't seem to be any pattern to this.

I've made it a habit to always right click images and open them in a new tab.

    Some other problems with images:

    • Metadata is stripped out
    • Icc profiles are stripped out.

When helping users with color management issues, it's vital that the profile is preserved.

Another annoying thing is that after clicking an image to enlarge it, and closing it, you have to click the Back button in the browser three times to get back to the Conversations page.

Jive's solutions with images opening in modal windows was much better, and I really hope this can be implemented.
