Important Notification: Forum Migration & Email Impact

We are excited to announce that tomorrow, 30 May 2017, the Adobe Experience Cloud Community will be joining the unified Adobe community on forums.adobe.com, migrating from help-forums.adobe.com.

During a majority of the migration, there will be no impact to the experience and your usage of forums.adobe.com.

However, starting at approximately 4 PM PT, we will temporarily disable email notifications across the site. It will not be re-enabled until the migration is completed, which is currently estimated to be around 10:30 PM PT.

During this period, you will not be notified via email of any new discussions in the forums you are following, or of any new replies to discussions you are following.

These email notifications will not be queued, which means that after email notifications are re-enabled, you will not receive the missing email notifications. During this period, as well as afterward, you can follow the conversations using the on-site notifications in the Inbox.

If you rely on timely notifications, you may consider subscribing to the RSS feeds during this time or, to maintain the email-based notifications, connect these RSS feeds to a tool like IFTTT or Blogtrottr.

For more information on this migration, see the announcement here.

    Hi Madison,

thanks for your informations. Clicking in the link "For more information on this migration, see the announcement here." I got this answer:

The requested URL /content/adobeforums/en/community-forum/migration.topic.html/forum__cvsh-at_the_end_ofmayw.html was not found on this server.

Maybe only in my case, or ... ?

Apologies for the trouble, hans-g. . As part of the activities for the migration, that site was temporarily unavailable - which is why you saw the error message.

You can check again now and you'll see that it's back up.

Reach out if you have any questions.
