Question

Is "Contact Us" so complicated?

Hi,

I know the first comment I'll receive here is that this isn't the correct forum, I simply haven't found any forum that fits my discussion, feel free to move/re-route.

Has such a massive company as Adobe lost the connection with it's users? I've spent over 3 hours looking for a simple place to contact customer service on a topic that isn't listed in a dropbox and/or doesn't appear on the FAQ. Can't a user simply choose "other/my topic isn't on the list", file his complaint and have it handled without international calls or cumbersome endless looping menus?

If anyone has a contact email or any other fashion that would allow a simple "contact customer service", it'd be greatly apperciaited and IMHO I belive that Adobe.com should allow users in some distint and crazy scenerios to actuall contact someone.

R.

    Hi,

Thanks everyone for the tips, I'm going to try them in hope of finding a direct route to an actual person (without having to pay for an international phone call).

    Have a great day!

    R,

    http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/

This should lead you to the specific customer support for the case in question.

    Jacob Hi,

Thanks for the attempt but regretfully, NONE of the options there lead you to an actual form/email option... I do think it should be in the company's interest to have an open dialog with customers, especially regarding service issues.
