Would it be possible to
A) unlock the thread so we can continue looking for "Support"
B) take action against terrible behavior?

There is a report button at the bottom of each post, and there will be a dialog for you to say why you are reporting. It will be reviewed by staff who will then make a decision. The volunteers on the forum are not privy to their review.
