Is there a way to correct Adobe PDF Portfolio - Preview Mode Displaying Incorrect Pages

Whether the portfolio is created in Acrobat X or XI, or viewed in X or XI, (and these are created as a grid) , the preview of the pdf shows pages of the previously viewed pdf within that portfolio. Acrobat and Flash is up to date.
