Issues with email notifications and notification feed
Hi all,
I just wanted to post a quick update that the team is aware of some timeframes in the past week where community members are not receiving email notifications.
- The first timeframe occurred from Thursday, June 4th, 2020 around 1-2 PM PT to Friday, June 5th, 2020 around 8 PM PT.
- The second timeframe occurred from Tuesday, June 9th, 2020 around 2-3 PM PT to today, Wednesday, June 10th, 2020 around 2-3 PM PT.
Additionally, we're seeing incorrect behavior where the Notification feed displays "You don't have any notifications. Try posting a new topic or question to see some activity here."
We are actively working with our partner vendor to narrow down the root cause so that we can proceed with a permanent solution.
