Keep Receiving Email in Simplified Chinese

Hi,

I'm a Adobe product user. I registered my account in English.

But recently, I tried to reset my password, then I received email in Simplified Chinese.

Is there any way to change it? I want the notice email in either English or Traditional Chinese.
