"Latest" community list frozen as of 18 March

I always use the "latest" option when viewing the community list, to see where there has been activity. It has always shown instantly the effect of any post, to bring communities to the top. I noticed that sometime yesterday, 18 March 2020, the list had frozen. Does not depend whether I am logged in. It still seems the same:

I'm still seeing exactly the same list as in my first post. Multiple browsers, Windows or iPhone, logged in or not... do you see a different list, Peru Bob?
