laufendes Fotoabo und Gutscheinverlängerung

Hi,

 

ich habe derzeitig ein laufendes FotoAbo mit einem Gutscheincode laufen - bis Aug '20. Habe bereits jetzt ein neuen Gutscheincode wieder 1Jahr erhalten.

 

Ich hatte bereits schon mal einen solchen Fall und hatte sicherheitshalber mich an AdobeSupport gewendet. Hier war die Aussage, das das laufende Abo verfallen würde und somit nur noch ein Jahr  ab Einlösung des neuen Codes laufen würde. Also habe ich mit der Einlösung des neuen Codes bis zum Ablauf gewartet.

 

Im Netz lese ich hin und wieder von anderen Nutzern, dass sich der Gutscheincode an das bisherige Enddatum anhängt und somit nicht zu einem Verfall führt.

 

Welcher Fall würde also eintreten, wenn ich heute den neuen Code einlösen würde?

a) Ablauf des FotoAbos Aug '21

b) Abaluf des FotoAbos Nov '20
