Legitimate question being marked as spam.

I'm brand new to the forums, had a question about Acrobat.  I have only 1 post in my user history, and my first post was marked as spam.  I obviously have never posted before, so I couldn't be that I am spamming the forums with this question.  I did a search on this topic before posting, but it was either 'answered' by the user themselves with a more unconventional solution, or not answered at all.  And it wasn't like there was a lot of posts for it, as I only found 3, and 1 of them was not really related to what I was dealing with.

I did find a post that had this same problem of being marked as spam, and they stated that the only thing they did was post some images along with their post for proof of their issue.  I also did this, since in the other posts related to my question, it was requested that they post images of their issue and some device and app versions.  It's the only thing I can think of that would auto flag my post as spam, that of adding images to the post, which makes me think it's a bug.  I reported the post to the mods so that it could be unmarked as spam and seen by others, but so far nothing has happened and this was yesterday.  Maybe it has not passed the 24 hour mark that they would look into it?  I don't know.
