[LOCKED] Idea to clean up your site

Recommending a table instead of a long list of all your products. Would categorize it based on type of platform (Adobe document programs, Web Presence, Collaboration, Design, etc.). Also, recommend improving your customer support. If someone has a quick question that your technician can answer in seconds who cares if they have an 'account'. Don't be so greedy, you can 'afford' to provide support to your users (actually your customers) even if they didn't PERSONALLY buy your products.

Peru Bob is correct. This forum is answered by volunteer users. We don't work for Adobe. When you asked to be pointed in the right direction, he gave you Adobe contact details.

This is not Adobe. This is a user to user forum that is on occassion visited by an Adobe employee.  We are just users like you offering help because we enjoy helping others.
