In the Illustrator forum there are two threads near the top, both marked as answered, yet neither has even one reply, let alone a correct one.

Jive bug that **sometimes** causes a message to be marked Assumed Answered

Only solution (since Jive seemingly can't duplicate/fix the problem) is to add an answer and mark the answer as correct, then either unmark the answer as correct, or delete the answer

Well, since neither of them are my threads, I cannot mark anything as anything. I was hoping an Admin or Mod could change it for the posters.
