Message scammer report

Live Support 24x7(User) I was contacted and scammed by this person. The user didn't show until I copied and pasted this in another thread. I know now how to check but I didn't last week. Skype has terminated the fake Adobe Help Skype ID they were using. PayPay is getting me my money back. Apple Care helped me remove the spy ware and malware that was downloaded with a bootleg copy of Elements 13 as well,  that copy  when opened generated and stored bits and piece of some kind of  software.  This person both emailed and PM'd me I did not give them my email address.  When the emailed they used the Adobe help 24/7 icon.
