My mac OS won't run Creative Cloud

Is there any way to still use photoshop without using the creative cloud? CC won't run on my OSX El Cap machine. I am wonderign if there is any work around for me to still use Adobe's awesome photo editing software?

    Hi, you may have to try get hold of an older version. Pre CC. CS e wnt up to CS6. I mean you need the Photoshop installer that came on a number of disks.
