My replies are not shown

I compose a reply to a message, and then click on the REPLY button. Sometimes, I see my reply appear, but if I re-load the web page for that thread, or if I return to the Adobe Support Community later, my reply is gone, nowhere to be found. This seems like a major issue to me. (Also, there is no private e-mail to contact another user?)
