Navigating The Forums - Going Back

Hello,

 

I have been a member of the community for several years. I am most active in the Photoshop Elements community, but also participate in the Photosop Ecosystem and Acrobat communities.

 

Today, the navigation of ANY page is screwed up! When I click on a topic to read, it now takes TWO CLICKS on the back button to go back one page. This is really annoying. I've not had any updates, changes, or additions to my PC that might be causing this.

 

Please fix it!

    That's right, we have logged an issue about this same experience with page navigation. Not every user experiences it, though. Just wanted to say it, in case you experience it again. The team is aware of it 🙂

      This started for me with the last update to the forum software a couple of months ago. So it's not just you.

          Which browser(s)?

          Which OS?

           

          For me on Firefox desktop, the forum behaves pretty much as it has since it was deployed a few years ago.  You might try clearing your browser's cached data, history and cookies to see if that helps.

            Firefox Browser 93.0 (64-bit)

            Windows 10 Pro, Version 21H1
            Installed on ‎9/‎28/‎2021
            OS build 19043.1288
            Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0

             

            NOTE: It does not do this if I use Chrome or Brave. It only happens with Firefox. But Firefox is my preferred browser. Firefox is set to clear the history cache every time Firefox closes and I just cleared cookies. That did not help, I still have the problem.

             

            I just checked Programs and Features in the Control Panel. Firefox 93.0 was installed on 10/9/21 and this two clicks to go back just started yesterday (10/26).
