Need Help with Captivate

We had an old copy of RoboDemo 5 and tried to activate it. It would not activate called Adobe and they informed us that the activation servers were down and the product was no longer able to be activated. I was told that they would send us a version of Captivate. After 6 weeks of calling they finally gave me the link to download Captivate. Now the serial number that they sent me is already registered to someone else. They are telling me that they will not support the software. Can someone help?

    WRONG FORUM! Read some other posts on here and you will likely realize this.

    And no, NO ONE here can help you. We are all users just like you and cannot provide any help with serial numbers.
