Need Help with Dreamweaver CS3 template

I lost my hard drive so so after reinstalling dreamweaver i went to download my site from my host and after when  I use dreamwever and open my template..i did some changes but the problems is it does not sae it to all the pages

can someone tell me whats wrong?
