New forum created new blank profile for me - same email address, different profiles
I've been a contributor on these forums for around 9 years using my work email address. That address hasn't changed. Only now suddenly I have a newbie profile with no content. (and no links to discussions I've been contributing to.)
The only thing that's changed is back in March we switched to Federated/Enterprise IDs for licensing the Creative Suite.
Still, as of August I was able to log into my old profile with my email.
Just this week I was following up on a post and I was prompted, at login, to create a forum name. I tried my forum name, and it told me it was "in use." I tried multiple variations of my name and they were all in use, and ended up settling on this one. I now have no way of logging into the old profile, since I'm still using the same address.

Can someone (@marklit, @David__B, @Jeff_A_Wright) see about recombining these two profiles?
