New Forum -- Modal Windows

Modal windows are supposed to self-adjust to fit any size screen and zoom level.  That's how my site's modals work. But not Khoros.  The modals in this system are a usability nightmare.  I have to constantly zoom out to access buttons inside modals.  Why must they take up so much real estate?

And while I'm on the subject of zooming, I've noticed that some tools go missing when the zoom level is > 100%.  Have your group test it.
