Not getting forum notifications

Hi, since the previous forums(Get Satisfaction) was made redundant, I've not been getting any email notifications from this "Adobe Support Community". I have them all switched on in account settings> notifications but nothing. I read on another thread that I can try to disable it, save it and reenable again(and save) and that would remedy the issue. I still am not getting notifications of any new posts to the Communities I'm signed up to? Any tricks to solve this?

Yeah, the notifications have been flaky since we moved to this software. It works for some people and not for others.

There are additional settings you could check - click your avatar image top right, then Account Settings, then Notifications. If, all the settings you want are already on, you could try turning them off, then on again. But don't count on it - for example, I have 'correct answers' off, but still get emails for them, but I don't get all the emails for posts I follow. \_0_/

Haha, thanks but yes, I already tried that, several times, as I said in my my original post. I actually found that suggestion from another thread where you told another user to try it and it worked for them. It's clearly a bug because notifications seem to be inconsistent for others, including yourself. How do we escalate this so it can be fixed(once and for all)?
