Numark IDJ2 problem (As expected!)

Been wondering when this problem was going to happen and here it is...

I am using a Numark IDJ2 and of course the cross faser has done it's usual trick of not working properly!
When i pull it all the way to the right channel, the music goes silent i have to budge it a bit to the left.
Are there any fixes for this? If not How would i go about getting a new one or even better a completely different one that doesn't do it.
It's the 3rd mixer unit i've had that's done it and now i've decided to take it up with you lot.. Should have done that ages ago! Could have saved a lot of money!

    I am not sure what your product is, but, unfortunately you have posted in the Forum Comments section of the forums.  Please go to:  http://forums.adobe.com/index.jspa   and select your product to post in the specific forum for your software.

    IF you end up back here, even after clicking on the proper links, please let us know, as there are others who have ended up here through no error of their own.  There have been some glitches in the matrix ...
