Old Forum Posts

I have posts that are under an old user name.  Due to the.....well, interesting transition from the old forum and new forum, and confusion thereon, I did not transition my old posts to my "new" username at the time.

I am a pretty technical user, but after reading all the posts about usernames, logins, e-mails, etc. etc., I gave up trying to find out the real answer.  Which clearly eventually was available because I see users that have their old posts.

Is there anyone to get your old posts under that username from the old forum (which I understand did move over somehow) attached and tagged with your new forum name?  Or vice versa?
