Old vs New

I must say that, overall, I like the new forums a lot.

But, in the old forums I was able to view a list of all of the threads that I have commented in, regardless of whether or not I started thread.  I always used this to see if someone commented back.

In this forum the only way for me to do this is to allow it to subscribe me, so that I get emails when the thread updates.  I don't mind this, except that I can only check my email while at work, and I like to post in the evening as well.

Can we get a method to see these things, so that I can stop parsing through my actions and history to find the different threads I am participating in?

Also, is there a way I can change the email that is attached to my account?  I would prefer to switch to my personal email address, and don't want to create a new account for this if I don't have to.

Yes, from what I understand you can use the "Your Account" link at the very top of the forum to change the email address associated with your AdobeID

Not sure about that - doesn't changing your email (if it's your Adobe ID) lose you all connection to your product registrations etc. - effectively making a new account instead of the old one? I remember seeing a warning about that in 'Edit your profile' or whatever it's called.

Yes, that warning is stopping me from changing my email address from the ancient one they are showing.

I have looked in my profile. The list of "my discussions" shows discussions that I have started, not all that I have participated in, and, on the main profile page there is a list of my actions, which, does represent the discussions I have participated in, but gives me no information about whether or not someone has posted since I did, only my action.

I am looking for a recreation of the list I used to see, that would be a list of discussions I am participating in, and how many posts there are in them (or, even better, if someone has posted since me).  Small difference, but big functionality change.
