Option to request signatures is missing

Good day,

We have multiple users who just received new laptops and new installations of Acrobat Standard or Acrobat Pro. With the new installations the option to request an e-signature is missing. We’ve tried several things, including being directed to switch off the new version of Acrobat’s UI, check the registry, and adding them to our Adobe Sign users, and none of these have worked. Can anyone assist us?
